Suspension Of New Requirements For PEQ Program

As of November 14, 2019, the government has restored the Quebec
Experience Program (PEQ) to the selection criteria that prevailed
before November 1, 2019.
The changes that came into effect on November 1, 2019 were
focused on limiting the access to the PEQ, primarily to students
and temporary foreign workers. The suspension now lifts these
restrictions for an undefined period of time until the Quebec
government consults with respective organizations to update the
occupation list per demand.
