These roles taught him how to translate complex frameworks into clear, actionable guidance, an approach that now defines his commitment to delivering practical, client-focused solutions.

Arlind’s academic background reflects his commitment to legal excellence. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections at Mount Royal University, building early skills in research, critical thinking, and regulatory analysis.
Arlind is licensed as a Barrister and Solicitor by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO #78134B) and is an active member of the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association (CILA). He has authored numerous articles on Canadian immigration policy and program developments, published through CILA and HTI Law Professional Corporation, covering topics such as Express Entry reform, Canada’s immigration backlog, the Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship Program, and provincial pilot programs.
Outside of his legal practice, Arlind enjoys an active and balanced lifestyle. He spends time outdoors, travels across Europe and the Americas, and engages in hands-on projects that allow him to recharge.
