• On September 11, 2024, the U.S. Department of State (DOS) issued its monthly Visa Bulletin for October 2024.
• China EB-1: Final Action Date advances one week to November 08, 2022.
• China EB-2: Date for Filing advances four months to October 01, 2020; Final Action Date advances three weeks to March 22, 2020.
• China EB-3: Final Action Date retrogresses five months to April 1, 2020; Date for Filing retrogresses eight months to November 15, 2020.
• China EB-5 Unreserved: Final Action Date advances six months to July 15, 2016; Date for Filing retrogresses three months to October 01, 2016.
• India EB-1: Date for Filing advances two months to April 15, 2022.
• India EB-2: Date for Filing advances five months to January 01, 2013.
• India EB–3: Date for Filing advances seven months to June 08, 2013; Final Action Date advances one week to November 01, 2012.
• India EB-5 Unreserved: Final Action Date advances thirteen months to January 1, 2022; Date for Filing remains at April 01, 2022.
• Worldwide EB-2: Date for Filing advances four months to August 01, 2023
• Worldwide EB-3: Final Action Date advances twenty-three months to November 15, 2022; Date for Filing advances one month to March 1, 2023.
