DOS: EW, EB-3, and EB-5 visa categories reach annual limit for FY2024

- The Department of State (DOS) has announced that they have reached the FY2024 annual limit for Employment-Based Third Preference (EB-3), Employment-Based Fifth Preference (EB-5) and Other Workers (EW) categories.
- As a result, US embassies and consulates cannot issue EB-3, EW, and EB-5 visa for the remainder of FY2024.
- The annual limits for these visa categories will reset on October 1, 2024, the start date for FY2025.
