Department of State releases Visa Bulletin for December 2025: Dates for Filing Stay the Same. Some Advances in Final Action Dates
On November 14, 2025, the U.S. Department of State (DOS) issued its monthly Visa Bulletin for December 2025. USCIS has chosen the Dates for Filing chart listed in December’s State Department Visa Bulletin for employment-based applications.
USCIS will accept employment-based adjustment of status applications from foreign nationals with a priority date that is earlier than the applicable Date for Filing listed in the State Department’s December 2025 Visa Bulletin.
