MOROCCO – Ministry of Employment to Restructure, Cause Delays

Due to a sudden restructuring of the Moroccan Ministry of Employment, employers will be temporarily unable to obtain work permits for foreign workers. Additionally, employers may encounter delays in future applications following the restructuring. The Ministry of Employment has not announced further details on their restructuring but it is expected that the work authorization process will undergo some procedural changes. These changes follow the recent induction of the new General Secretary of the Ministry.
