France – New Platform for Posting Declarations

The SIPSI (Information System International Provision of the transmission of posting declarations and attestations) will soon update their platform for the declaration of transnational postings of workers to a simplified new version.

Also, as of July 1st, 2019 there will no longer be a need to provide a letter of designation for the representative in France used for posted workers. This information will now be included on the SIPSI declaration, which should also include the gender of the posted worker as well as the hourly fee, rather than the monthly gross salary.

Employers who may be affected are encouraged to contact an immigration specialist for case-specific advice.
