Carolina Saez-Jovane is FGI’s Global Case Coordinator managing regional casework for North, South and Central America as well as Spain and Portugal. Using her fluency in both Spanish and English, she provides top-notch customer service and knowledgeable case coordination for FGI’s most important clientele. Carolina’s past experience in the field of human resources, administration and immigration gives her an ability to understand business immigration demands in a corporate environment . As a former expat herself, she can also understand the struggles of adapting to a new culture therefore adding a unique insight into the needs of foreign nationals traveling abroad.
Carolina has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Criminal Justice from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan and is currently pursuing a Master’s in International Relations from the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (IBEI) in Barcelona, Spain. She has volunteer experience with the United States Peace Corps as a Community and Organization Development Advisor in Moldova. In addition to traveling to her home country of Panama, Carolina has personally experienced culture in many other countries such as Argentina, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Dominican Republic, England, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Italy, Mexico, Moldova, Norway and Turkey. In her free time, she loves various outdoor activities, such as cycling, hiking and kayaking as well as spending time with family and friends.
