Spain – Salary Check for ICT Applications

EU Intracompany Transfer Permit applications are now being scrutinized on the employment conditions and salary compensation by the Spanish Large Companies Unit. The lines are in check to ensure the employment conditions and salary are in line with the local labor laws and local workers in similar job positions.
Each component of the salary is now being checked, such as the base salary, salary on assignment, benefits and or allowances, whereas before it was checked as whole. Employers should ensure to submit employment contracts with each component of the salary mentioned.
